PRELIMS: In the first round, teams have to submit a theoretical solution to the given challenge(s) of their choice. They can submit the solution through an online solution form, after registration. Teams are advised to also use this period for prototype development to qualify for the next round.

ZONAL FINALS: Post the prelim evaluation, and based on the quality of entries, selected teams will be invited to their respective zonal cities for the live event, where they will demonstrate the working prototype.

NOTE: Only Team leader of the respective team can submit the solution.

EXCERPT FOR PROTOTYPE: It is understood that the solution/prototype you are demonstrating will be viewed by all those present at the Tata Crucible Hackathon event and the participants own the responsibility of protecting their prototype and the IP relating to it. Participants also agree and own the responsibility of reviewing the infringement, copyright, duplication and any violation of IP law there-in. Tata Crucible or GTIO teams will be free to use, copy, share, the prototype in whichever manner they deem fit.

PRIZES

The most innovative prototype/solution for each campus will be awarded cash prize up to Rs. 70,000* for winning team and Rs. 30,000* for runner-up team.

 

* Prizes will be distributed on the basis of the quality of the entries, and at the full discretion of the Judges and the Organizers. Participants are cautioned against anyone claiming to represent as Organizers making any false assurances. Prizes will be subject to tax deductions applicable at source.
