This is the privacy policy of Group Innovation Office of Tata Sons Private Limited (‘GIO’) with regard to:

  1. allow Tata companies participating in the Tata Innoverse Program [the “Program”] to evaluate the entries submitted by you pursuant to the said Program and get in touch with you in connection with the Program.
  2. improve this website and its services
  3. protect our interests where we seek to enforce our policies and agreements.
  4. respond to a request from a law enforcement or government or government entity.

What else will we do with the information about You?

We may disclose the personal information provided by you to Tata companies which may, from time-to-time, participate in the Program or similar programs conducted by them, whether or not via the website with the consent to them to use the information about You to:

  1. Provide products and services to You
  2. To inform You about products and services (including those of various Tata companies or their partners)
  3. To communicate with You about future Tata products and services
  4. Work on joint promotions or other joint programs with our business partners.
  5. Work with external service providers who provide us with business or operational services or to whom we have outsourced any operations
  6. Send you joint communications with our partners/ associates where we think those would be of interest to you
